area includes sections of molding, cutting, pressing, packing
and storages for our daily production use.

for new mold development and daily repair services on molds.
Operate molding section at the plant is advantages on shorten
the mold lead time and design the construction to suit your
requirements. Molding Section has many different kinds of
machines for wire cut, embossing, shaver, grinding and polishing.
Have a secure individual room to store our huge amounts
of mold is also essential.
Our workers are use of cutting
platform machines to cut the bulk of printed tin sheets into
each piece for further production process.
Printed tin sheets after cutting
will send to production lines for tin making processes. Our
plants totally have 24 production lines in day & night
shifts.
Different types of pressing, seaming and curling machines
are available in our plants.
Our package section has 12 assembly
lines, which consists of 6 automatic conveyor belt lines.
1,012m2 of individual
warehouse is for storing finished products after final inspection
and ready to ship. Other 6 storages are located at upper level
of plants for storing semi-finished and packed finished products.
